Toolskraft stocked items will generally ship
within one business day. Depending on your location, you should receive your
item within 3 - 5 business days.
Third party items ship directly from the
manufacturer and usually will be shipped within 1-2 days. These items can be
coming from anywhere and therefore will have a much more variable delivery
time.
Our site provides insight on how long it will
take to ship, but the distance from the manufacturer/Authorised Distributor to
the customer will impact the transit time in a very unpredictable manner.

We ship Toolskraft stocked items out of our warehouses/Retail
Stores. More specifically, they are in Pune.

Customers use for delivery?
We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners. The
courier service provider for Customer’s order is selected based on Customer’s
location.
I want to ship something abroad.
Can I do that?
No. At present we don't deliver products internationally. However,
Customers can place orders to India from anywhere in the world.
How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, go to the product Listing from Navigation
that contains what you are looking for and enter the number of Qty you required
& Click the Add to Cart button.
Continue shopping in this manner until you have everything that
you need. When you are ready to checkout, click the Cart button at the top of
the website and Click on Place Order Button.
You will redirect to cart page & after that We will then ask
you either register (New Users) or login or guest checkout. Follow the
sequence—the buttons will get you there. Once you see the Thank You for Your
Order page, your order is with us and will be on its way to you very shortly.

You do not need an account to order from us. You can order using

What Is your Return/Exchange
Policy?
Except as otherwise described below, if you are not satisfied
for any reason products may be returned within 5-7 days of shipment for a full
credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation
should clearly specify credit or exchange.
From time to time, due to market conditions, certain products
may be non-refundable. If you order a non-refundable product, we will contact
you prior to fulfilling your order, advise you of the refund restrictions and
offer you the option to cancel your order.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that
can be obtained by contacting Toolskraft Customer Service Department at +91-9730324592.

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing

What Do I Do If I Receive Damaged Goods?
If Your Products Arrived Damaged Before contacting Toolskraft
please call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt.
Toolskraft cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer
has signed for delivered products in good condition
When will I get my refund?
Refund in your bank account it will take 3-5 working days after
we receive goods & confirmation from our customer support team.
How do I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order any time before the dispatch of
Customer’s product. Just call +91-9730324592 (10AM-6PM IST, Monday through
Saturday) & we will cancel it and initiate Customer’s refund.
What do I do if I receive wrong
product?
If Customers receive a wrong product, we request Customers to
report Customer’s concern by calling our customer care team within 24 hours of
receipt of Customer’s order. We’ll get back to Customers and arrange reverse
pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of Customer’s
complaint. Customers can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.
